TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, SCAPBOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF KEYWORD RANKING, WEBSITE SALES, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

“TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCAPBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUE OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SCAPBOT OR ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, OR BRANCHES HAVE BEEN ADVISED, KNOWN, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF THE DIRECT DAMAGES DO NOT SATISFY ANY AVAILABLE REMEDY. THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SCAPBOT (AND ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES) TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY CLAIM, DEMAND, OR ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED $1000.”

4. Your responsibilities

Comply with the laws of the local jurisdiction

All SEO software products developed by ScapBot must be used appropriately. You are not allowed to misuse the products to engage in activities that violate the laws of the local jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to, actions such as posting, promoting malicious content, spreading false information, unverified content that may affect individuals, organizations, or Government agencies of the country where you deploy the software.

Respect others

6. In the event of a problem or disagreement

We will notify you in advance, whenever reasonably possible, providing a description of the reason for such action and giving you an opportunity to address the issue, unless there are legitimate reasons for us to believe that sending such notification would:

• Cause harm or create legal liability for a user, third party, or ScapBot.
• Violate laws or orders from a local law enforcement agency.
• Impede the investigation of the violation.
• Negatively impact the functioning, integrity, or security of the services and products we deploy and develop.
